Remarks:
Over the years we have had a few snakes with this appearance turn up in litters of axanthic babies. The dark pattern elements are distinctly brown or reddish-brown. We hoped that this might be an inheritable trait, but we have never been able to demonstrate that--it appears that it is just an example of the extreme of variation seen in this morph.
