A Box Full of Baby Boas

This small female was packed with babies, and she was late to deliver. I was starting to worry, feeling a little panic that something had gone wrong. I don't usually do this, but yesterday I put in a couple of boxes with her. I do know that given the choice, boas will often have their babies in some sort of basin. She was on and in the boxes nearly immediately, and this afternoon she placed 15 in one box, two in another, and two in the aspen. Today was 130 days after her ovulation, about a week later than most of my females.
