Well, in 1990 a German dealer imported some normal looking Costa Rica Boas. As they where bred together my friend found one different looking black boa in this clutch. Same happened the year after.... First year a female was born second luckily a male. Those two black boas where bred together in 2004 and the whole clutch turned out to be black boas. We own two of the first black Boas and one 100% het Black Boa... It was the project of a friend of mine but since he is busy doing his job he sold the three Boas to me in 2005 and the others to a another friend in 2006. We bred the black Boas the first time this year. www.boa-zucht.de
